Call Upon International Human Rights Organizations to intervene.

According to the International Declaration of Human Rights, article 11,

... everyone charged with a penal offense has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.
 
No one shall be held guilty of any penal offense on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offense, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal
offense was committed.


But Israel is a "Genocidal" State of Law, which does not have any respect for the human dignity or for the human rights. Many cancer cases died during the last two years after they were denied the permit to have medical treatment outside the West Bank. The generals Amos Gila'ad and Dov Tzadaka were involved in such killing and causing death because of cancer cases during the Intifada.

Israels Genocide law allows them to make administrative arrests on the sick people and the hopeless cases of cancer. 

Asma'a Abu Al-Heja, from Jenin Refugee Camp, she a mother without children or house, a wife without husband, a prisoner without charge, a hopeless case of brain cancer without treatment. She is 40 years old. Her sun Abel Al-Salam Abu Al-Heja was arrested during the IDF raid on Jenin refugee camp last year. He is spending a 7 years sentence in an Israeli jail. Asma'a Abu Al-Heja's husband, Shekh Jamal Abu Al-Heja, is one of the Islamic Hamas leaders in Jenin, he was arrested by IDF soldiers and spent since the last year and until now at the Israeli jail without trial.

Asma'a Abu Al-Heja is suffering of a hopeless brain cancer disease, she is struggling each moment with death. The IDF soldiers destroyed her house and arrested her during the last year on the first day of the Eid Al-Fitr celebration. The "civilized" Israeli state put this hopeless brain cancer mother under administrative arrest at Al Ramleh Jail, (Betah Kva in Hebrew) to make pressure on her husband Shekh Jamal Abu Al Heja to make him confess of terrorism. The hopeless cancer case is living under hard and harsh conditions.

Since over one year this mother did not receive the right medical treatment for brain cancer.

There are currently 76 women under detained at Al Ramleh jail. 9 of these women are under "adminstrative arrest", 16 of the detained women are under 18 years age, and until now there is no sign that the Israeli government wants to release any of these women.

According to a report from the Al Quds newspaper from last Thursday 10.7, 37 women were holding a sit-in to protest that several of them were put into isolation cells at the Niveh Tirjista womens jail at Al Ramleh on July 9. The women were attacked by 70 soldiers. * women were injured seriously, all sustained less severe injuries. The soldiers forced open the mouth of one of the women, Itaf Ilayan, and sprayed pepper spray inside. She was later taken by the military to an unknown location.
